I recently got a hold of a review copy of Dan Lew’s new SEO eBook SEO Revenge.
For it’s price (I think he’s charging $9.95) you can’t go wrong. It’s a short (40 pages) but very concise Beginner’s look at SEO that packs quite a punch.
Dan starts out by giving you a solid background of the search engines and on-page SEO background info that’s essential to understanding SEO.
He then moves right into action steps to dominate the search engine rankings.
I especially found the keyword research section useful. There’s no idle speculation or theory there. Dan lays out 17 steps to perfect keyword research that every SEO should use. He shows you where to go, what to do, and how to make sense of it all, and (more importantly) how to profit from professional keyword research, and he makes it all very easy to follow.
This section alone is more than worth the price of the eBook.
I also enjoyed his tips for building links, which every SEO knows is the hardest part of the game. There were a couple tips in there that even I hadn’t thought of.
All in all I recommend SEO Revenge for the beginner to intermediate SEO.
